This End-User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Spencer Brook Strings (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for the use of our website, online services, digital platforms, and related software (collectively, the “Service”).

3. Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
System Abuse:

- Overload our servers or interfere with Service operation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our software
- Access data not intended for you or bypass security measures
Misuse of Information:

- You are responsible for keeping payment information current
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

11. Termination

- Account closure does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already received
Termination by Us:

Effect of Termination:
- All licenses granted to you immediately cease
- You must stop using the Service
- Survival clauses remain in effect (payment obligations, liability limitations, etc.)
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law:
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts
Informal Resolution:
- Before filing legal action, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution
- We will work in good faith to resolve disputes informally
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement:
- This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and rental terms, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Spencer Brook Strings
Severability:
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect
No Waiver:
- Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
Assignment:
- You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent
- We may assign this Agreement at any time
Updates to Agreement:
- We may update this Agreement from time to time
- Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
